What guests are saying
Comfortable, clean and well equipped accommodation in a great location for visiting Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
Lots of places to visit nearby aswell as good pubs and restaurants. Getting on and off the driveway from the narrow lane with a large vehicle takes care.
The property was well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout.
The enclosed grounds (with front gate closed) were secure and ideal for our two dogs. In a really quiet location and not overlooked, with countryside walks from the front door. We enjoyed the view from the front of the cottage, overlooking open farmland where we watched Deer, Owls and Hares in the evenings. In our short stay I didn't get to grips with the shower operation though, so shower was cooler than ideal, but otherwise we really enjoyed our weekend here.
