Internet - this did not work from Day 1. We expected limited service due to location, but we had nothing until Day 5 when my husband resolved the issue. It was not as simple as plugging in and unplugging. This should work for each visit.
Oven did not reach temperature but grill did. I felt patronised when I explained this to the booking agent. The oven repair person has ordered a new thermostat - so there was obviously a problem

The shower is leaking, and obviously has been for a while, into the lounge. The ceiling below is stained. We put a towel underneath the leak to try to avoid damage. The plumber however says it doesn’t leak. The shower in the bathroom always leaked all over the floor - I think this should be looked at.
