Information was poor and misleading, especially regarding the Wi‑Fi, TV, and parking. No other rental we’ve ever had failed to offer basic TV channels—this one only provided streaming. To access the Wi‑Fi server and lengthy password, I had to ignore the information in the folder and go directly to the server at the back of the hall.
There were also frequent quiet ringing noises in the kitchen area, and a radio with flashing lights that I couldn’t switch off.

Hello, I'm really sorry to hear you had trouble accessing the wifi and TV. The router does have a readily accessible pull out tab, with all wifi info on it, with connection just by scanning the qr code. The TV also provides access either to mainstream live TV, or all the streaming services, both freely available such as iplayer, and other apps for guests to use their own log in. We will double check the information folder to ensure it is up to date, but we always try to make sure updates are made as soon as we are able (not being local ourselves this isn't always immediate). It may be that recently updated info sheets have been removed from the folder/misplaced. I would be interested to know what you thought was misleading about the parking information; parking is available on street, but a car can also be parked in the garage if needed. In a town such as Keswick, where parking is at a premium, we have always found the parking to be very convenient! I hope that otherwise you had an enjoyable stay. Best wishes.
