Great location and lovely apartment, easy to get to all of Keswick by foot.

Designated parking space makes have a car super easy. Lift in apartment block makes getting cases up to the first floor very easy. Would stay again!

An excellent apartment to stay in the heart of Keswick

Lovely, cosy flat in an amazing location, 5 minute walk to town and right next to Booths.

Lovely and quiet, too. My only gripe is the mattress was absolutely rock solid, it was like sleeping on a mortuary lab! My partner likes a firm mattress though so he was happy! I found a spare duvet in the wardrobe so doubled this over and put it on top of the mattress, which helped a lot. This flat has everything you need and I would definitely book again.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you might need.

The location is perfect: within easy walking distance of the lake, the town center and several supermarkets, yet still very quiet. A small drawbeck was that one of the two toilets wasn't usable during our stay. Since we were only two people this wasn't a mayor issue. A real highlight are the numbered, dedicated parking spaces within the residential complex- a huge advantage in Keswick and something that made our stay even more convinient. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.

A very comfortable stay at Flat 17.

We really enjoyed our week there. Just one or two points for feedback: 1. The main bathroom toilet wasn't available and is due to be repaired. We did, however, receive compensation for this which we were happy with and the toilet in the en-suite was available, so no real problem. 2. The lead on the microwave was too short to reach the wall socket from it's position on the end of the worktop. However, it could be used by just re-positioning the microwave slightly. 3. It was rather noisy in the early hours of each morning (about 5.00am). This seemed to be from deliveries to Booths Supermarket nearby. Fortunately, it wasn't too hot so the window could be kept closed and this did help. All the above are minor issues and wouldn't stop us from staying there again in the future. Things we particularly liked: 1. Available car parking space so close by. 2. Availability of lift particularly for when moving heavy cases on arrival and departure. 3. Nice spacious rooms. 4. Proximity to centre of Keswick.

The apartment was lovely and clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and with all the facilities we wanted.

The common areas were also very clean. The area, despite being close to Keswick town centre was lovely and quiet. Just a couple of things we noted, in the main bedroom en-suite, the toilet was siphoning and needs to be looked at to prevent further water wastage and we couldn't turn-off the light around the mirror.

The flat had plenty of space, well stocked in the kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely fluffy towels and very clean.

The parking space and the lift in the property are great assets. The location is near to shops and buses but the area was lovely and quiet. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

1 The toilet roll holder in the ensuite was broken.

(Reported to the Keswick Office and agreed it should be fixed after our booking ended). 2. Impossible to use freezer because it was so iced up the drawers could not be opened. 3.Upon returning home, we received an email stating that 2 bathroom towels could not be found despite the fact that we left them hanging on the back of each bathroom door. 4. Impossible to speak to some directly by telephone about these issues.

Wonderful location for those travelling on public transport.

One minute to great supermarket and to lots of super bus trips. Apartment is bright and warm with constant hot water. Kitchen is fine and has nice dining area. Entrance hall and lift well maintained. would certainly book again. Suggestions - upgrade TV - very basic. Blankets/hotwater bottles. (hate having to have heating on through the night). More than one tea-towel (particularly as no dishwasher). Up to date information leaflets.
