Guests with mobility issues or wheelchair users may wish to take this into consideration. Had the access arrangements been made clearer in the listing, we may have chosen a different property. Overall, it is a lovely place to stay, but we feel the description could be more accurate.

We agree that the wording "Ground Floor" might give the wrong impression, and we certainly don't want anyone to arrive and find something that they didn't expect.
