Lake Windermere is a mile from the cottage and walks of all standards abound.

The front door opens to the hallway with plenty of space for coats and boots before entering the bright and smart open plan living accommodation.
Comfortable sofas are arranged around the central coffee table and smart TV and French doors open from here to the patio with outdoor dining furniture making a lovely spot to sit and relax over a morning coffee or an evening cocktail whilst enjoying the views to the surrounding hills.
Relax with family and friend over dinner at the family dining table or enjoy breakfast sat at the breakfast bar of the cool, contemporary kitchen which is equipped with quality appliances and everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor; the master bedroom, with Juliet balcony, faces west enjoying views to the hills and is presented with a comfortable super-king size bed.
The smaller, second bedroom can be presented as either a king size bed or two twin beds which can be separated into two (2'6") single beds (ideal for children) should you require - so please state your preference when booking - thank you.
Both bedrooms have smart TVs and are complemented by a luxurious family shower room with a large walk-in shower, basin and WC.
There are two allocated, private parking spaces for the property, with one served by an electric car charger.
However, there is no further parking on site.
The wood in the grounds contains a pond so the owners respectfully draw guest’s attention to the fact that this and the layout of the property makes it unsuitable for children under 8 years.

Stroll to the shops or out for a coffee, then wander to Waterhead Pier to take a cruise on the lake.
Windermere Lake Cruises depart regularly from Waterhead Pier (just outside the village centre) and provide a scenic and car-free route to Bowness and Lakeside.
