Welcome pack good but ground coffee with no cafetiere made no sense. No tea pot, was a minor irritation, as was coffee table too large and incongruous. Lack of headroom should have been emphasised. Major problem was the mattress which was unevenly worn, and not previously turned. Should be replaced immediately. Excellent location, nice patio and generally a high quality property. The defects mentioned could be easily rectified (headroom apart), and,once remedied, the property would get top marks.
Thank you for your feedback. The head height and furniture at the property are shown fully in the 10 photographs on the Sykes website. We can confirm that at changeover, both before and after your stay, there was a cafetiere in the cupboard. We have had no issues with mattress from previous guests comments, but will look into the matter and rectify if required.
