We loved this property.

Everything was of a very high specification. Otto (the general manager) was always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Congratulations Cassius, you’ve got it spot on with this accommodation.

What can I say to sum up the most perfect week away in your luxury home.

Everything we could wish for was catered for the house is immaculate and we couldn’t find fault with anything. The decor is gorgeous and the views of the lake are beautiful. The home even offers 2 decking areas to sit and have breakfast or drinks in the evening. Also in the centre of town just another plus to this fantastic holiday home. Thank you Otto and team for making our week away top class.

A stunning property and in a perfect location!

It was like staying in a 5* hotel. We had everything we wanted. It was also spotless and well appointed. We will certainly be booking this property again

The house was very well equipped with quality furnishings. The location and views of the lake was wonderful. Otto ensured everything was in order and checked with us regularly during our stay. Certainly a great property for your portfolio.

We had a lovely time/stay at Berkeley House, just a 5 minute walk into Bowness, the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable, we will definitely be returning, hopefully next year, the views from the upstairs decking area were stunning, it was lovely to sit outside and take in the amazing tranquil views, the location was fabulous and close by to all amenities, it really was a beautiful place, although we didn’t need Otto, we received a lovely welcome message on our first day of arrival to introduce himself and if we needed anything to get in touch with him.

Fantastic location, beautiful property - the only slight imperfection (and I do mean minor given that we didn’t bother to contact anyone) was an apparent lack of a blind for the kitchen velux window which impacted on the TV early evening as we experienced fabulous weather for the time of year

On arrival we found the property to be well presented and extremely clean.

It has modern feel with all the up to date appliances. The views from the kitchen window and veranda were amazing. Everything about this property was perfect but we did find the settee a little hard and uncomfortable, but thats our opinion lol..! It is ideally positioned for easy access to the shops and lakeside…we will certainly stay here again if we venture to the Lake District again..! Otto couldn't help anymore than he did….!

A truly exceptional property!

We recently enjoyed a short break at Berkely House and cannot say enough about the attention that has been given to every single detail. The decor is stunning, the furniture so comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you would need, luxurious bathrooms...and spotlessly clean. The location is great, just being a short walk into Bowness. Great views of the lake too. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

Phil & Rebecca are super responsive hosts both before and during the stay.

Berkeley House is a beautiful and comfortable home in a superb location only a few minutes walk from the lake. Phil and Rebecca’s fabulous attention to detail does not disappoint from the interior layout and positioning of glazing to frame the amazing view to quality furnishings, bedding, towels and toiletries. The outdoor spaces are super too, just needed a little sunshine. They have literally thought of everything. Thank you for the welcome gift too. Hope to be back soon.

The home is beautiful! A perfect combination of homie and luxurious finishes. There are incredible views over the Lakes too. So picturesque and serene.

Awesome experience in 5* accommodation - Berkeley House has been finished to an amazing standard and love the time we spent in the house and the area - always visited Bowness during the day prior to this weekend, so much going on in the evenings - well worth a visit and would highly recommend this property.

It’s a perfect stay, very easy to walk into Bowness, felt very safe and secure.

Can’t wait to visit and be able to sit outside in the summer months. Can’t fault anything.

We arrived Friday afternoon and were able to get into the property.

When we got in, everything was as expected as from the photos & descriptions. Everything was of a very high standard and immaculately finished. The beds were very comfortable, everything else was great from fluffy towels and coffee machine. The location was ideal for exploring Bowness as everything was only 10 minutes walk from the back or front doors to the shops bars, and restaurants. All in all great property, great location, great hosts. Myself and the rest of the family (6 adults , 1 dog and a 4 month old baby) all had a fabulous time. And will definitely be back and again thanks Rebecca & Phil.
