“Everything at the property was as described and perfect.”
The only exception to this statement was the mattress on the bed in the front bedroom. This needs to be replaced as the springs make creaking sounds every time you moved / turned whilst laying on it, and is uncomfortable.
Location wise, it was great. Tucked away around behind the main round, but only a 5-minute walk to Bowness town centre, which is very well catered for everything a holiday needs. Yes, leaving the drive of the property needs a bit more care, as it is on a blind corner from traffic approaching from Bowness (right side). Shame the weather did not behave itself!
We would love to return again one day, on the proviso that the mattress in the front bedroom is replaced.
Thank you for your positive review. I am delighted you enjoyed your stay - do return, the mattress has been replaced by a top of the range luxury 2000 sprung pocket five star hotel standard one! Property Owner
