We absolutely love staying at Fentys, this is our 2nd visit.

It has everything you need for a short break away. The apartment is very comfortable and very clean. We love sitting by the window people watching. The bathroom is fab, you can actually see the lake when having a bath. It’s a shame the door into the living room isn’t on a slow release to prevent it banging. We will definitely be back.

Lovely modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great position for shops and restaurants with short walk to the lake. It was very hot during our stay so needed windows open in lounge. The traffic noise was very loud I think due to being on a hill. I would definitely still stay again though.

Perfect location & adequate for two people.

However, as others have said the settee was most uncomfortable, definitely needs changing. I'm just over 5', good thing was my feet touched the floor, partner is over 6'. Felt like we were sitting on the floor and it's way too small. When you've been out all day you just want to relax, couldn't on that settee. Bathroom window either needs frosted glass or window film on the bottom half, you had to have the blind shut every time you wanted the toilet. Definitely need 3 hand towels, one each for hair and one to dry hands on after going to the toilet. Ironing board-it's not full size it's a tabletop one-rubbish! Smart TV? Have to watch 'normal' channels through the apps, this wasn't written down anywhere. Whilst the bed is comfy is possibly a little too soft. My partner on two mornings didn't have a hot shower as no hot water left, should be constant on holiday as people shower at different times. Location 10/10 but unfortunately wouldn't stay again due to settee & hot water.

Febtys was an absolute find!

!! The apartment was in a perfect position in the town. It's so modern and comfortable, with beautiful skylights throughout to make the most of the light. Stunning and would 100% stay again!!!!

A beautiful apartment!

The bathroom was luxurious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment stayed warm and cosy despite the sub-zero temperatures outside all week. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.

Fentys is a perfect Lakeland bolt hole for a couple it’s central and it’s been renovated to a very high standard the bathroom was perfect.

Fantastic modern flat which is the centre of town. It had everything that we needed. Sofa was a bit soft for our liking and main entrance hall way carpet needs a bit of TLC, other that it my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Absolutely stunning apartment.

Very high quality fixtures and fittings and good selection of utensils. Bed very comfy and bathroom a real treat, really enjoyed having a bath looking out across the lake! The location is fantastic. We left the car in the car park for the whole 5 days as during the summer months the bus service was great and regular. Definitely recommend the bus to Keswick, it’s a stunning journey and the lake there is beautiful. Great holiday, will definitely return!

Fenty's is a beautiful apartment.

We had the lovliest time staying there. The apartment is so clean and well decorated and has quality furniture and appliances. The bathroom is a touch of luxury with a huge free-standing bath and also a walk in shower. I noticed a past review saying there was no hairdryer, the owners have obviously took note of that and there is a hairdryer now. The wifi is great. Neil had left a wee welcome letter with helpful info eg passwords, parking , nearest supermarket (co-op is 50 yards to the left of the apartment) and also milk and biscuits in the fridge. The apartment is in a great position with easy walking access to the beautiful lake and an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Fentys was a great place for us to stay on our first visit to the Lake District. The hall and stairs up to the apartment is in need of some TLC, but it's very secure and only people staying in Fentys or Miss Potters Loft have access by key. Lakelovers also gave us a courtesy call to make sure everything was to our liking, which was nice. I highly recommend the apartment and would return in a heart beat.

Immaculately clean apartment in a very central location.

The apartment had everything in it you would need for a holiday and all instructions were very clear.

The apartment is accessed by a door at street level which opens into a shabby entrance lobby and stairwell which is less than salubrious but the apartment itself is absolutely 5 star.

The only thing it lacked was a hairdryer! There is also an issue with parking in the area. Be prepared to add on up to £42 to the cost of your holiday to cover seven days parking in a (relatively) nearby public car park.

The property was modern, clean and local to the lake and all amenities.

It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The shower was not working, which we reported and in fairness was looked at very quickly but unfortunately it was unable to be repaired during our stay which was slightly inconvenient and other than a note left by the maintenance team there was no further update. Despite this we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others without hesitation.

Absolutely perfect place, stay and accommodation, great location apartment ilhas a great feeling with great views of the world going by in this fabulous place, thoroughly enjoyed, if I was to make one improvement, I would have a more sturdier and comfortable sofa, still loved it though, also Bath is amazing.
