    “This is an excellent holiday property in a great location between Windermere and Bowness.”

    The cottage was very well presented and has everything you need for a 'home from home' holiday. Beds were comfortable and the bed linen and towels were all excellent quality. Kitchen is well equipped and 2 of the bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. Only tip is that we have a medium size SUV and the parking space in front of the property may feel a bit tight for bigger cars or less confident drivers if the 2 next door properties are also occupied. We would definitely return to this ...

The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey.
