    “What a lovely cottage!”

So spacious, light and airy. Very well equipped (would benefit from a smaller frying pan and better cooking utensils), very comfortable and beautifully positioned. We had a really lovey stay here and hope to be back. A couple of points that could be improved; spring in the sofa has "sprung" and is a little uncomfortable. It would be lovely to have a welcome pack (as I've experienced in other cottages) even if it's only a pint of milk - although this didn't affect the quality of the stay.

So glad you had a lovely stay and even managed to enjoy some sunshine with the lake views. It is good to hear that you thought Oak Bank spacious and well-equipped - and I have taken on board your other comments. I'm sorry to say that we do not live locally, so providing fresh milk etc in a welcome pack is not possible. However, I do hope you found a pack with some washing-up liquid, pan scrub, dishwasher tablets and bin bags. Thank you for taking the trouble to give me feedback and I do hope you will indeed become one of our many repeat guests. Monica Property Owner
