The games, cinema and gym rooms were a bonus and all put to good use. Great facilities in the kitchen, utility and the BBQ area. Plenty of space on the balconies and terrace, with adequate seating for all. Beautiful views of the garden and Lake Windermere from the house. Plenty of car parking at the front of the house. A perfect place to celebrate a special occasion with family and friends.
There were issues with the very noisy plumbing and some toilet seats not being fitted properly - all were reported.
We noticed the cleanliness in some rooms could have been a little better, and the rugs, in the kitchen were curled at the corners, even though we noted non-slip pads underneath. Therefore, we decided to roll the rugs and place them in the utility room to avert any trip hazards for adults and children.
