    “We booked a last minute new year break to get away for a few days to start the year off, this lodge is fabulous, its extremely modern with touch control heating and lighting extremely spacious and exceptionally well equipped.”

    I was a little confused with the description as it says 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people yet to our pleasant surprise it was 4 bedrooms that could sleep upto 8. The lodge is beautifully placed right infront of the lake and got the beautiful winter sun all day. Once we'd text our contact number we were able to locate the file that has all the instructions in that we needed on how things worked, WiFi codes passwords etc. The site is a beautifully kept site with a fabulous bar/restaurant with ...

Located just off the M6 and 20 miles south of the scenic Lake District, Carnforth is the sort of place that everyone has heard of, and many desire to discover this hidden gem. Situated at the north end of Morecambe Bay, north of the historic town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales and a hop and a skip from the Lake District, it is close to absolutely everywhere!
