    “This was our second visit to this beautiful lodge and will definitely be returning.”

    it's on my favourite list. Very spacious, comfortable, well equipped clean lodge, lovely beds, good showers and a fantastic view. Lots of supplies from tea and coffee to cling film and foil. Owner really takes notice of reviews and takes action, mattress toppers, new sofa, new microwave and lots of equipment. My only suggestions are, Bath mats are needed, we used the hand towels for floor and that only left us with 4 towels for a week, maybe keep a few spare in dressing room. Maybe ...

Located just off the M6 and 20 miles south of the scenic Lake District, Carnforth is the sort of place that everyone has heard of, and many desire to discover this hidden gem. Situated at the north end of Morecambe Bay, north of the historic town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales and a hop and a skip from the Lake District, it is close to absolutely everywhere!
