    “No hot water all week.”

Parts on order didn't arrive our week. Apart from the water we love the Lodge it's facilities and location. The Bar and restaurant hours are erratic and not displayed for visits to read. There is a timetable but this is for staff and no good for visitors.

Hi Mark, thank you for your review. I know we apologised and arranged for alternative hot showers during your stay which I know isn't ideal and thank you again for your patience. After many phone calls to supplier and gas fitter we have finally received the parts which have been fitted this morning and boiler is now working perfectly, I hope this hasn't dampened your enthusiasm for staying at our lodge , hopefully see you again soon.
