    “Property needs some tlc, smells damp, furniture has got marks all on it, carpets need cleaning, bathroom looks tatty as desperate in need of painting.”

    Beds really squeaky. Location is good if you are on foot, but parking is a nightmare if you arrive with a car. Wouldn't return in a hurry.
