“Sadly this flat is let down by the poor state of the building maintenance on the outside which is cracked flaking paintwork and in need of big refreshing overall, and inside needs a thorough deep clean.”

The bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds comfy but were let down by poor cleaning standard, cobwebs and dust in general. Lounge area good space but why a bar height table? The stools were hard to get on and off as they slipped on the wooden floors - only attempted once as didn’t want a fall. Again could see the potential and quality of oak furniture but the sofa in need of a good clean and very low. The steps down to the kitchen and bathroom very dark, the toilet roll holder in bathroom ...

The stools were hard to get on and off as they slipped on the wooden floors - only attempted once as didn’t want a fall. Again could see the potential and quality of oak furniture but the sofa in need of a good clean and very low. The steps down to the kitchen and bathroom very dark, the toilet roll holder in bathroom had been broken and left on a shelf! Did try to use the vacuum but t it didn’t work and the duster had more dust & cobwebs on to use. With a bit of tlc and a thorough deep clean throughout this flat could be ideal as it is so well placed for the bus station and short walk to the town centre. If it was Mine I would be considering changing the cleaning company.
