Jubilee Holiday Homes form a varied collection of detached houses, bungalows and room-based accommodation, set within the Fire Fighters Charity’s Eamont Park site on the outskirts of Penrith in Cumbria. The Fire Fighters Charity (FFC) supports the health and wellbeing of serving and retired fire and rescue personnel and their families, and Eamont Park plays an important role in this work by combining charitable activity with the provision of holiday accommodation for paying guests.

Offering flexibility in both layout and occupancy, Jubilee Holiday Homes are well suited to extended family gatherings, group celebrations and active breaks with friends. The site provides a relaxed setting with the benefit of shared on-site amenities, allowing guests to enjoy a sociable stay while supporting the wider objectives of the charity. A key feature is the on-site swimming pool, alongside an on-site restaurant and a gym, which is available to guests aged 18 and over from Monday to Friday. Renowned for its wealth of specialist shops, the sandstone buildings of Penrith hide intriguing yards, lanes and alleyways, with a myriad of attractive cottages, gardens and little shops. With a wide choice of excellent pubs, hotels, restaurants and entertainment, Penrith also offers a museum, and Millennium Trails round the historic city streets. Within easy reach of the town is Rheged – an innovative visitor centre with shops, restaurants, exhibitions and a giant cinema screen showing educational and informative films. Brougham Castle, Brougham Hall (The Windsor of the North), Lowther Castle and Gardens, Long Meg and her daughters (the 3rd largest stone circle in England) and the historic city of Carlisle are all a short drive away, as is the stunning scenery of both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
