Jubilee Holiday Homes form a varied collection of bungalows, set within the Fire Fighters Charity’s Eamont Park site on the outskirts of Penrith in Cumbria. The Fire Fighters Charity (FFC) supports the health and wellbeing of serving and retired fire and rescue personnel and their families, and Eamont Park plays an important role in this work by combining charitable activity with the provision of holiday accommodation for paying guests.

Offering handy, level-access accommodationJubilee Holiday Homes are well suited to extended family gatherings, group celebrations and active breaks with friends. The site provides a relaxed setting with the benefit of shared on-site amenities, allowing guests to enjoy a sociable stay while supporting the wider objectives of the charity. A key feature is the on-site swimming pool, alongside an on-site restaurant and a gym, which is available to guests aged 18 and over from Monday to Friday. A centrally located reception, staffed 24 hours a day, offers added convenience and reassurance throughout each stay.

The bustling market town of Penrith, once the capital of Cumbria, enjoys a central position between the Lake District, the Westmoorland Dales and North Pennines and is ideally placed for taking in all that the region has to offer. Renowned for its wealth of specialist shops, the sandstone buildings of Penrith hide intriguing yards, lanes and alleyways, with a myriad of attractive cottages, gardens and little shops. With a wide choice of excellent pubs, hotels, restaurants and entertainment, Penrith also offers a museum, and Millennium Trails round the historic city streets. Within easy reach of the town is Rheged – an innovative visitor centre with shops, restaurants, exhibitions and a giant cinema screen showing educational and informative films. Brougham Castle, Brougham Hall (The Windsor of the North), Lowther Castle and Gardens, Long Meg and her daughters (the 3rd largest stone circle in England) and the historic city of Carlisle are all a short drive away, as is the stunning scenery of both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

This is a dog friendly property, please note that not all properties at this location are dog friendly and as such, dogs are not allowed in all areas of the site.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed in a dog friendly property. There is a one-off fee associated with bringing dog to this location, payable directly to the Fire Fighters Charity.

Please note the Charity sites allow for a quiet, relaxing stay. We ask that you respect and do not disturb our other guest.

The pool is available between 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 12:30pm on Friday, and a slot must be booked via reception.
