The property

Resting on the outskirts of Penrith in Cumbria on a quaint holiday park is 21 Eamont Park, a modest, single-storey bungalow.

Fit with all the home comforts you and your family could need, the property is fully-equipped and within easy reach of local amenities in the town including a railway station, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Inside, the home invites you to kick off your shoes and sink into the sofa, watch a film on the TV in the sitting room before making your way to the kitchen/diner to cook up a storm for your loved ones to enjoy at the dining table.

When sleep calls you can choose from a double or a single bedroom, the perfect setup for a small family, and when you wake, a shower room provides space to freshen up.

Outside, take advantage of the garden and eat your breakfast out on the picnic bench in the fresh morning air.

Be sure to also make use of the on-site facilities, offering leisure facilities to keep you occupied throughout your stay.

The bustling market town of Penrith, once the capital of Cumbria, enjoys a central position between the Lake District, the Westmoorland Dales and North Pennines and is ideally placed for taking in all that the region has to offer. Renowned for its wealth of specialist shops, the sandstone buildings of Penrith hide intriguing yards, lanes and alleyways, with a myriad of attractive cottages, gardens and little shops.
