This did not give enough time for things to be put right!

The owners do leave their contact details in the property so that guests can contact them directly, unfortunately as you made contact directly with us, the agent, there was a delay in informing the owners. We are terribly sorry that this happened and would like to assure you that had the owners been aware, they would have dealt with your issues promptly.
