The hot tub was tiny and cold on arrival and couldn’t be used until the following day. No welcome information about how to use things, what we needed to do when we left etc.
some of the bedding and towels were dirty on arrival, I called to asked for replacements and they happily
Said they would send clean ones but they didn’t turn up for two days.
We had a leak through the ceiling in one of the main bedrooms with water rolling down the walls.
The hot tub is tiny for the size of the apartment and the garden furniture although we didn’t use it was broken.
Finally the walls are literally paper thin. Not sure if this used to be one house with next door but I could hear every word being spoken by the people in the adjoining apartments!
Was also advised we would get some compensation for our issues but nothing yet
Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We feel that the pictures of the hot tub online are representative of it's size. Hot tub requirements mean that the water is changed on the day of guests arrival in order to ensure it is clean and safe, meaning that water needs to subsequently warm up. I have looked and can see that departure instructions were sent to your booking email address. The housekeeping team will review the errors that occurred during your stay. We are glad that you liked the property and what the area has to offer.
