The modern family bathroom is designed for long soaks after a hard day on the fells! The small nearby Elterwater tarn is a delight to behold, and can be reached via a path from the Britannia Inn - your quintessential local Lake District pub serving great food and real Lakeland ale. Only a short drive will take you to vibrant Ambleside village and the shores of Lake Windermere. There you'll find a sophisticated range of shops for stocking up the kitchen, acclaimed Lake District restaurants and Windermere Lake Cruises departing from Waterhead Pier providing a scenic route to Bowness and Lakeside!
