Lake House Loft

This is a Beautiful apartment, clean and with most items you would need each day.

Easy reach of the town centre and local facilities. The local marina serves amazing food and to can use this route to walk into town. We stayed between Christmas and new year it was disappointing that there was no Christmas decorations ( we were told a few weeks beforehand) and also the lack of a washing machine. We also found that it was very cold during the day as the heating went off and there was no way of controlling this as it was controlled by HIVE. We had to go and stay with relatives on a few cold days simply to stay warm. However we would stay here again but maybe in the summer when it’s not so cold.

Fantastic apartment.

Comfortable, spacious, set in lovely surroundings. The owners have thought of everything you might possibly need, including loads of games indoors and outdoors, garden chairs, books and loads of local information. All you need to take is toiletries and food, foul, picnic bags. The dushwasher was great as there were 6 of us. We chose this for EV charging - very easy and very reasonable. Loads of parking for our apartment - 2 cars + a visitor. The location is a good 20+ min walk from Bowness and part of the main road has no footpath, so be aware of this. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautifully furnished, stylish, yet comfortable accommodation with delightful grounds.

Impeccably clean and well maintained. It’s in a great location for walking to the ferry to the other side of Lake Windemere where there are lovely walks. It was great to have somewhere to park the car and leave it for the few days we were there. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Lakehouse loft.

It was very well equipt and comfortable. Convenient location to be able to walk into Bowness and beyond. Will be recommending and hope to come back soon.

We loved staying at the Lake House Loft and found the accommodation to be clean, comfortable and spacious.

The grounds are beautiful and it is well located for exploring the lake district.

A beautifully clean, comfortable & well equipped holiday let, with an ample welcome gift basket of which was a lovely touch.

However, in my profesional experience, I would cut down on this & add at least 2 x more toilet rolls until your guests are settled in & know the local whereabouts of shops etc. (As it is a bit of a walk to the first shop). With just 2 x toilet rolls between 6 x people is a bit stingy. The views from the loft house apartment are pleasant too. Overall all, I highly recommend & we would come here to stay again. We loved the space, light, decor and gardens at Lake house loft.

Such a lovely position and nice walk into Bowness. It was so clean and welcoming. Only thing I missed, having a washing machine it was ok going without this for the four days but with being in the country and walking muddy tracks it would of been nice to get use of a washing machine. I would return as we loved the place but for no longer than four days due to the above. Thanks so much for letting us stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, well located for walking into Bowness but giving us a quiet space to relax as well. Saw deer in the wild area next to the apartment! Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

We loved the way that the apartment was furnished so colourfully and thoughtfully - *pictures, cushions, gorgeous turquoise sofas!

etc - really making it feel like a home. And the general layout of the apartment is lovely. It was clean, warm and quiet. The garden is beautiful and the dogs loved running in the wooded corner. We had a great week visiting the Lakes.

The apartment was really lovely & perfect for us & our dog. It had lots of space, peaceful, nice decor, great location, cosy & had everything you could need and more. It was a great place to return to each evening. I would love to stay there again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Lovely apartment and has everything you need whilst on holiday.

Well equipped kitchen and lots of info on walks and board games for a wet day. We did have an issue with hot water but it was promptly dealt with Sykes and owners also contacted me. Dog friendly and car parking.

We had an excellent week at the apartment everything was well presented and superbly comfortable beds.

The proximity to Bowness made for an early morning walk each day which our dog thoroughly enjoyed! The downside for us was the 4 flights of steps with all our luggage and the road noise in the front bedroom!

Excellent apartment in great location, the apartment is beautifully furnished, has all the essentials, the beds are comfortable, excellent shower, couldn't ask for more.

As a holiday let we highly recommend this property.

It is spacious, clean, well decorated and well kept. It is very quiet and yet and easy walk into Bowness. We could easily live in this property with it spacious gardens and easy to walk to the lake shore.
