“The property was immaculate with everything needed only issue was not having direct access to the hot tub from the property However unfortunately we booked this as it was advertised as all ground floor accommodation perfect for a romantic getaway it was in reality a ground floor flat with the upstairs occupied by a couple and a small child.”

The noise created was unacceptable, screaming and running around with no consideration given to anyone else This was hardly relaxing for us and definitely not a romantic getaway accommodation.

Thank you for your feedback and informing us there was a child staying. We are sorry to hear that your romantic getaway was not as relaxing as expected. We were not informed by the guest staying in Lake View on their booking that they were bringing a child and the apartments are for two adults only. We hope you return in the future, if not to stay at one of the apartments, to stay in one of the boathouses, which are considered as romantic getaways over Lake Windermere. Kindest, The Owner Property Owner
