The tea, biscuits & local ground coffee were a lovely touch. We loved our stay - thank you. Only suggestion I have to make is that it would've been lovely to have had some logs in the basket by the fire after a long journey and on a cold, dark and wintery night.
Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay at Eel House Cottage.Unfortunately, properties no longer get logs provided. An honesty box system was in operation, and our sawmill was replenishing stocks, however we were finding that guests weren’t being honest, and therefore we made the decision to remove all logs. Guests are able to pre-order logs through our farm shop ordering system so that they have them prior to arrival, or alternatively they can go to the farm shop themselves to purchase logs.
