    We can honestly say it was the best accommodation we have stayed in. The pods are so much bigger in person, there is ample room for 2 people. The space was extremely clean and well looked after. The views are stunning, and the hot tub and sauna are such a great addition to this peaceful space. The pods are in a great location just outside of Cartmel, which was a speedy 5 minute drive away, or 20 minute walk. We had the most relaxing, enjoyable time and we will absolutely be back. It was truly ...

Middle Longlands, a contemporary, single-storey dwelling, located in the lovely village of Cartmel, close to the seaside town of Grange-Over-Sands, in Cumbria. The pod, which accommodates two guests in a studio-style layout, offers a private hot tub and on site sauna with expansive views of the countryside, and a stylish décor, ideal for a romantic break. Accessed through a lovely old farm, Low Longlands is located in a peaceful area and has plenty of parking. Enjoy preparing some home-cooked meals in the kitchenette, which features a breakfast bar, or choose to eat on the balcony, before relaxing in the hot tub. After a day of exploring the Lake District, unwind in the shower room and enjoy the crackling wood-burning stove, before retiring to your luxurious king-sized bed, or simply enjoy the clear night sky and bright stars. The historic, South Lakeland village of Cartmel is renowned as the prettiest village in the Lake District. The Priory Church, one of the finest ecclesiastical buildings in the north of England, remains the heart of the community with its gatehouse forming the entrance to the village. The village features pretty streamside walks, quaint cobbled streets littered with antique shops, a charming gift shop, welcoming, traditional pubs serving real ale, the nationally acclaimed, Michelin Star awarded L'Enclume restaurant, and the Cartmel Village shop, which sells the famous sticky toffee pudding. Take advantage of excellent walking opportunities amidst beautiful, unspoilt countryside, visit Cartmel Racecourse, Campbell Legend Bluebird Exhibition, Lakeland Motor Museum and Holker Hall with its spectacular gardens, all of which are close by.
