“It was a real shame the hot tub didn’t work.”

We specifically chose a property with one so was disappointed when we found it not working properly. There isn’t enough pans that can be used on the induction hob… several that don’t work so could do with replacing. Luckily I had bought a couple of my own with pre cooked food in that worked so we used them all weekend. I also don’t see the point in the upstairs kitchen… there’s nothing to cook on! The space would be better used with a pool table or something similar.

Thank you for your feedback. So let me go through it point by point. The hot tub was actually working, but it sometimes happens that guests change a certain setting (such as putting it into sleep mode) or some of the jets have been turned off. We even brought in our hot tub engineer who confirmed the above. And sometimes guests seem to expect a bubble bath rather than a hot tub. We looked into the frying pan issue. This was quite a strange one as when we changed from gas to induction hubs we went through all the frying pans and pots to ensure that they were working with induction. And we removed all that did not. So we have gone through that again to ensure that there is no repetition of this issue and our cleaning company has also been made aware of this. Lastly, the upstairs kitchen is not a "cooking kitchen" but rather a tea kitchen...and the space is created so that people can sit together and have coffee/tea and light refreshments. So we appreciate the comment of this guest but this has never come up as an issue before...so we feel that there is no need to change that especially as the overall feedback on the interior space has been very positive Property Owner
