High end furniture, kitchen and bathroom.
Bedrooms let the property down, cheap furniture, poor bedding ( cheap duvet ). The top bedroom, one bedside light didn’t work, went to swap it with the one on the other side of the bed but that had no bulb in. The tv in the room wouldn’t work. The lounge was lovely, but a standard light would be nice, I listened to music, I had to listen in the dark or have the main lights on. Also, at least one side table would be useful, I had to use the shoe rack and a place mat, coffee table to low.
The yard (patio) needs some maintenance, the floor had bits missing where the floor covering has worn away.
I’m a light sleeper, I had to buy a sleep mask, as the blinds weren’t blackout ones, so it was light in the rooms at 4am. Maybe invest in some blackout blinds or curtains.
Lovely place and the locals were very friendly.
Nice touch with the wine and chocolate.
