“Bungalow in a good location for bowness and windermere.”

( rd at side was extremely noisy at weekend). Had to contact agents on arrival no heating left on and instructions say don't touch it! Was promptly sorted. Disappointed that many of the facilities are not as advertised, no off rd parking, garden not fully enclosed, holes in hedges. Garden gate doesn't close. (Spoke to owner and son on 1st day & denied knowledge that gate was like that even though they were there day before. We stayed a week and no one came to fix it. Disappointing when you have ...

Disappointing when you have a dog and purposely researched for this! No welcome pack, not even a pint of milk when youve paid nearly £700 to stay! Dead wasps and flies in every room. (Owner asked for a picture... who would lie about dead flies/ wasps?) ,(but we have taken pictures of everything)Freezer doesn't work, lit up but drain is froze solid, food ruined. condenser dryer doesn't work, 4hrs to dry 6 thin items and wete still very wet. Lots of cobwebs and dust. Pillow looks like someone died on it! No heating in main and twin bedroom. Bathroom sink plug hole black with sticky dirt. En suite sink plug mouldy. Conservatory has no heating so not usable, ceiling looks like its coming in one corner. Not a smart tv. No where to dry wet coats... heating is blown air heating through rusty vents in floors. We booked this well in advance for a special occasion and were overall very disappointed, for the price they charge its cheeky! Clearly lacks care and attention and the cleaner is taking liberties. Owner said they just try to roll with it when we asked questions... still now have no idea what that means!
