This is a clean comfortable well equipped apartment, just a short walk into the heart of Kendal.

Despite its central location it's very quiet, also it has its own designated parking.

The flat was everything as per the listing.

Clean Tidy and well equiped with everything needed. The location was central with easy acces to the centre and also for going around the area. In total a good week was had and th flat itself was first rate. However, the flat above was very noisy at times and due to its central location the noise from people passing and the traffic with the main road only 100 yards away meant you never had peace and quite from early morning to very late at night and even traffic noise throughout the night.

Great week Property was in great location and had everything needed.

Handy for public transport and parking space supplied. Even the weather was good !

The property is a lovely apartment in the centre of Kendal and this was my second stay.

It is clean and has everything you need including parking. I lived in Kendal for 25 years so it was ideal for my purposes.

Everything you would need for the perfect self catering break, of road parking , ideally located.

Lovely property very conveniently located for town facilities - having a parking space is extremely useful.

Heating timer didn't work, had to use the on/off button.

A lovely place to stay.

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. An ideal place from which to visit our family and the local area. Just two small comments - the final directions to the apartment weren't very accurate and the boiler timer perhaps needs a bit of attention.

Kitchen very well equipped.

Comfortable. Only issue was timer on heating didn't work, but just turned it on manually.

Ideal property when visiting Kendal as walking distance to all the main amenities.

Had a wonderful time , if you could fix the bathroom window ( close properly) and allso the sliding door through to kitchen/ living room everything would be spot on .

Great location and the flat was comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of 4. The children loved the added extras of Easter eggs (we were there over Easter) and jigsaw puzzles to play. Thanks for a great week.

This was a lovely comfortable property close to the town centre.

It was well fitted out with everything you would need. It was nice to find some items of grocery like a pint of milk waiting for us. Although it was avery nice property being a first floor apartment with access via a flight of stone steps it would not be suitable for disability access.

This was everything we wanted for a long weekend.

It’s in a great town centre location, handy for shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped - with proper bedroom storage! It’s tastefully furnished and very clean and warm. It was great to have starter supplies of important basics - washing and cleaning materials, tea, coffee and milk etc - and even some welcoming spring flowers. We struggled to work the lounge fire at first as the handset wasn’t working but help was at hand almost immediately. We’d definitely recommend this for anyone without mobility issues.

This is a lovely apartment, has everthing you could possibly want on a break.

The location is perfect, just a 20yard walk and you are in the middle of all the restaurants bars and shops.

The property is very well situated in the center of Kendal with the added bonus of a parking space.

It is exceptionally well equipped and the owners were really friendly and thoughtful, providing us with directions, baby equipment and even a Christmas tree!! We can really recommend this property.

Well equipped and great location

Excellent location, right in the centre of Kendal.

Parking is great if a little tight. The property itself was comfortable but starting to look like it needs a bit of cosmetic work in parts. A bit of road noise as it's close to the main road through the centre but it's generally not too bad. Everything you could need is included in the property and it's generally clean. I would recommend this place as convenient for central Kendal and a good base for the Lakes.

Lovely apartment, good facilities, great location and parking.

Very comfortable. Would be good to have an extra key as we were there as two couples and had to coordinate to make sure we could all come and go and keep the door locked.

In a great location in the centre of Kendal and a short walk from all its facilities, it is a comfortable, spacious apartment which is clean and well equipped.

The off road parking space in the yard is very handy and easy to access off New Road next to the church. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thanks.

A great holiday apartment clean, comfortable, stylish and very well equipped.

We travelled by train so the location just off town centre and close to public transport was perfect. Milk, coffee and tea bags which were there when we arrived were much appreciated, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Camden buildings review We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and spacious apartment.

It was just right for us (a couple and teenage son). The kitchen was well equipped for self catering, the apartment was clean and modern throughout, there was wifi and a smart TV. The town was super close and having a designated parking space was perfect! We didn’t meet the hosts in person but check in and out was easy and they communicated well via email.

The property was fabulous, gave us a very relaxing weeks break which was what we were looking for, it was very well equiped and had great parking.

Our second visit to the property and very pleased once again.

The wine milk etc was very much appreciated, a nice touch. The only downside was that there was no teapot and there was a dirty odour from the boiler cupboard. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great central Kendal location - very central.

Though winding to get to, parking was no issue with great instructions sent. Quiet. Good facilities & very comfortable. Good bedrooms. 1st floor. Only suggested improvement was quality of TV. Was adequate but did go in and out at times. Being able to access internet (you tube, catch up) on TV was good. Wifi was Ok.

The property was exactly as described, immaculate and left us not wanting for anything.

There was even milk in the fridge when we arrived allowing us to make a cup of tea after our long journey. It is also very well placed to access many of the popular areas of the lake district. Well recommended and will use it again in the future.

Property couldn't be in a better position to explore Kendal and the lower reaches of the lake district.

And with parking a real bonus. Think 2nd bedroom bit on the small size if 2 couples were there. This didn't apply to us so everything more or less perfect.

It was a really comfortable place to stay.

The travel directions sent by Sykes were not accurate.

They said turn of Stramongate to the property. There was no vechile access, but only pedestrian access via an alleyway. Access for parking was off New Road. These details were sent by e-mail to me by the owners before the holiday.

Convenient for the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales

Our stay in Kendal was fantastic.

The apartment was incredibly clean, which you could smell as soon as you walked in, and was such a comfortable place to stay for our week in the Lakes. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and it felt very homely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The parking spot (in a courtyard opposite) was easy to get in and out of and felt very safe. We loved it so much we're working out when we can go back! I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cumbria.

This is a lovely accommodation right in the centre of Kendal.

The apartment is clean, stylish and exceptionally comfortable, with modern facilities - particularly the very nice kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious and features a with a walk-in wardrobe, the bed itself was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed good night's sleep throughout my stay. The second bedroom (unused) also looks cosy and peaceful. Car parking is in an adjacent courtyard and is safe and secure, with a bay dedicated to the property. The yards that house Camden Building give access via alleyways directly into the main town centre and the local shops, pubs and eateries - so an absolutely ideal spot. The owners sent me an email prior to my visit giving me its exact location and parking details, and also left a bottle of wine with a welcome note attached - which was a nice and unexpected surprise. I will most certainly be booking this property again in future and can highly recommend it.

The location was excellent and was in close proximity to high quality restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Everting you needed was there even toys and games for children . Right in the centre of Kendal with a parking space . Excellent value for money .

there was no slotted turner in kitchen and wifi code was only in one of the information files we didnt realise there was 2 of them.

More info about recycling regime would be helpful But very minor issues in what was a great flat in a historic location close to everything in Kendal town centre.

Comfortable lounge space. Great kitchen with plenty of appliances, crockery etc. comfortable beds. Apart from noisy upstairs neighbors on last night, stay was very enjoyable.

Perfect base , everything within easy walking distance - Normally book a hotel when I visit my mother in Kendal but will definitely be booking this place again if possible .

11 camden building entrance is in courtyard surrounded by small businesses and rear access doors to restaurants.

Above is another flat where I had to speak to occupants to stop kids running around and jumping. That flat may have been a rental too so may not be a future problem.

The flat was extremely comfortable, clean and provided all the facilities we needed.

It's location was ideal for visiting the town centre and provided easy access to both the southern and eastern sides of the Lake District. Although poor weather prevented us from completing the number of walks we had planned, there were plenty of other attractions nearby to keep us occupied.

Tried to contact owner before stay but Unfortunately no response.

Owner seemed to have entered appartment during our stay while we weren't in, which is not how it should be I think. There doesn't seem to be temparature control of heating.

Great location and very high standard of accommodation

This apartment is perfectly placed for exploring the lakes.

It is right in the town centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. There are lovely walks from the doorstep too. The apartment inside is modern, clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend it to someone wanting a holiday in the lakes.

Situated in one of the many lanes in central Kendal emerging through a narrow alley onto Stromgate .

Access for parking to the rear from new road with one dedicated parking place . The flat it's self one floor up clean decorated to a high standard spacious we only used the main bedroom with king-size bed chest of drawers and a walk in with hanging rail . We picked as a base for discovering the area and were no disappointed . Lots of places to eat practically on the doorstep . I'm sure we will be back in the not to distant future.

Absolutely fantastic apartment!

Extremely clean, tidy and has everything you need to having a fantastic time. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave, walked into the apartment after receiving very clear instructions on parking and getting into the key safe. Was welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and even nicer touch was the milk in the fridge! Would definitely stay in this apartment again and would give it 10/10! Fantastic location was a bonus as well

The apartment was spotless, spacious and served our needs excellently.

It is in very easy reach of all of Kendal town centre. The apartment is in an excellent area to get out into the road that leads out and beyond Kendal. We have no complaints and enjoyed our stay.
