    “This is a splendid cottage and in a tranquil location in the lovely Market Town of Kirkby Stephen.”

    It is a very short stroll to the town’s shops, pubs and church, and an even shorter stroll to the River Eden and the start of many walks over the fells. The cottage is very comfortable and had everything that we needed to make our stay most enjoyable, and it has been renovated to a high standard and is clearly loved by the owners. I was born in Kirkby Stephen and it was a great pleasure to come back for a holiday and to stay in such a lovely cottage as this made our stay absolutely perfect. ...

Back inside, unwind in the sitting room, where the gas fire warms the space in the cooler months, with a TV for your film night.
