Clean and tidy and a lot better inside than it looks from outside.
A few minor niggles, the beds were a bit too hard for our old bodies. A soap tray in the shower would be useful instead of having to put things on the floor. The place however is in very good condition, carpeted throughout and everything works as it should. Plenty of good eating venues within a few miles and easily accessed from the main roads.
We had a lovely stay at 1 Gilpin House.
The house has everything that you would need and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.
