As mentioned, the house is located in a perfect spot, especially if you like peace, quiet and lovely dark skies. The beautiful Ullswater lake is a couple of minutes walk away and you can do many stunning fell walks from the house or at most a few minutes drive.
The farmhouse is located at the end of a very long, winding road, so as another reviewer says, take plenty of provisions.
