    “Never been so disappointed with our holidays unlike this one.”

    Literally from start to finish, it was just a shame and I'm absolutely gutted that I had to put my family in this situation. We all work extremely hard and work away alot of year, so this one week together is always very special but this year was not the case. Beautiful location for the house but the house itself, maintenance wise and the contact for the stay is disgusting. Reporting issues and for Sykes to contact me back less than 18 hours before the end of our holiday is ridiculous! Totally ...
