    “We had a lovely weekend at the lodge.”

    The accommodation was comfortable, plenty of space and fabulous view of the lake. There was a bottle of wine in the wine fridge, plenty of pot, pans, trays, plates etc. they even had cling film and foil. There is also plenty of outdoor seating on the decking as well as the hot tub. Such a great feature. The outdoor cushions were wet as they hadn’t been put back into the bag by the previous occupants, so we just sat on the chairs. I would suggest that a few extra towels are left at the ...

    The accommodation was comfortable, plenty of space and fabulous view of the lake. There is also plenty of outdoor seating on the decking as well as the hot tub. Such a great feature. The outdoor cushions were wet as they hadn’t been put back into the bag by the previous occupants, so we just sat on the chairs. I would suggest that a few extra towels are left at the property as we didn’t have enough and they were difficult to dry. Or take your own. The heating wasn’t on as we were warm enough, so they were damp most of the time. I would also suggest extra toilet rolls as we didn’t have enough, or take your own just to make your stay more comfortable and not worrying about little things. The internet kept going on and off but we had mobile data so wasn’t a major issue. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone. I would 100% return. We were a family of 6 adults, 2 infants and a dog. Really pleased with our stay and thank you!

    Thank you so much for your review. We leave 2 towels for every guest. A large bath towel and a hand towel. We also provide separate hottub towels as well for every guest. Unfortunately the internet is out of our control. Which there isnt alot we can do about that. Toilet rolls we provide and we have never had a issue with this before. Set across one floor and hosting three bedrooms, including a double with a TV and en-suite shower room, another double with TV and a twin bedroom with TV, along with a bathroom and open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire.

The kitchen contains a double electric oven, gas hob, built-in microwave, fridge, freezer and there is an iron and ironing board in the cupboard.

For entertainment, guests are provided with four TVs and WiFi.

Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and two enclosed decking areas, one with furniture and the other with a hot tub.

There is central heating which is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power.

The property is pet-friendly, however please ensure pets and young children are supervised near the lake.

Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property.
