Raised issue of cafetière with Sykes online help, initial response, four days later, was to ask if it was still an issue which is an odd response, I replied that nothing had been done, Sykes then replied to ask if I still wanted something doing, I replied that I did and that was the last I heard, very poor helpdesk response and completely failed to address the issue raised.

We have taken these matters up with our housekeepers and with Sykes directly. Unfortunately, Sykes did not inform us you had contacted them with an issue and therefore, we could not resolve the request, however, the repairs have now been attended to. We have not previously provided a Welcome Pack or a Cafetiere, however, we will consider doing so in future and welcome your feedback regarding this.
