The property

Positioned on the edges of Coniston village, with stunning views over the commanding fells and access to some of the finest attractions in the Lake District, is Browside.

This spacious cottage, set all on ground floor, offers families and friends the chance to explore Lakeland landscapes and a plethora of outdoor pursuits.

Gather with your loved ones for a feast around the dining table in the country-style kitchen, before moving through to the lounge for an evening around the fire.

There is an additional dining room with panoramic views of green fields and local sheep occasionally grazing, down to Coniston Water.

The six bedrooms are well-presented, five of them with their very own en-suite facilities.

The patio enjoys wonderful views out across green fields, stitched together with stone walls and clusters of trees, a haven to indulge with a glass of wine and a spot of lunch.

Dip in the hot tub after a long walk on the fells and soothe those aching muscles in the bubbles.

The village of Coniston is close by with a few eateries, shop and visitor centre.

There are a variety of walking routes for many capabilities within yards of the property.

The Old Man of Coniston is a fantastic trail for those more adventurous, whilst Grizedale Forest provides 'Go Ape' and mountain biking up steep hills and through shaded woodland.
