“Lovely property in a great location to access the Lakes & Yorkshire.”

We were a group of 6 adults and it was a perfect size for us. Clean & good facilities, warm & comfortable. Beautiful views (although was quite misty whilst we were there). The local village (Staveley) is about 1.5 miles away down a little country lane, there is a great pub, a brewery, coffee shops etc there and only 15 mins from Windermere / Bowness. Would definitely come back to this accommodation.

Lake Windermere offers boat trips, including a ferry to the Lakeside Aquarium and Grizedale Forest Park. The 'Windermere Steamboat Museum' displays a fascinating collection of boats whilst children will enjoy the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness, where technology brings her characters to life.
