We had a amazing week at Lazey cottage every thing we could need was provided.

It was extremely comfortable and warm, and felt like home from home a big thank you to all the setting could not be better we will definitely be back next year nigel and Diana

Very nice cosy cottage with everything you could ever need.

Very clean and well presented in a vintage style. Scenic coastal walks from your doorstep. Shop in village also fish and chips plus inn serving meals within walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at Lazey cottage.

The weather was a bit wild, but that didn’t stop us getting out with the dog for some great walks. Also explored Coniston and the Cathedral Caves as not too far away. The cottage was warm and comfortable, with everything you could need. Great communication with the owner Elena, she was available to answer any questions. We also enjoyed the wine and Rocky bars that were thoughtfully provided. Thank you.

Quiet, peaceful location on the west coast.

The accommodation had everything we needed and we could easily have stayed there for ever. Information provided by the owners was clear, timely and informative. Fabulous place to stay for a less touristy experience of the Lake District.

The cottage was super clean anything you would need was there.

We had a lovely holiday weather apart from one day of rain very good a beautiful place to stay and very dog freindly have booked for next year we enjoyed it so much.

Had a lovely time in lazy cottage it has everything you need , spotlessly clean , Elena the owner sent me a message telling me where everything is couldn't be more helpful to make sure we had a great holiday, if you have a dog it's the perfect place beach goes on for miles , plenty of eating places milon only few minutes drive away for the main supermarket , can't wait to go back.

It is maintained to a very high standard and it is equipped with everything you would ever need. It really is a home from home The location is fantastic with it overlooking the harbour and the beach. There are a few bars within walking distance as well as a little cafe by the beach. We had a great week and would have no hesitation recommending this home to others

Excellent property, excellent owners, good communication and very helpful.

The venue was great with everything you need and more, information about where to go and what to do available with feedback in the house. As this was the first time, we had been to this part of the lakes was very useful. Walking in the was area brilliant and the locals very friendly. A beautiful and very well kept.

Spotless cottage with everything we needed to hand for a lovely break in a scenic and charming little bay. Helpful and attentive owner who genuinely wanted us to be happy there. I couldn’t stress how wonderful Haverigg is, we went off season for a weeks rest and peace and everything especially the local people who are so friendly and welcoming made it perfect for our needs. We totally recommend a stay here

A lot of thought has taken place to ensure even little things are provided e.g. bag ties! Highly recommend this cottage especially for the Cumbrian coastline.

We had a great week at Lazey cottage.

The location was great for us and the dogs who loved the beaches and places to explore. We saw loads of bird life and had a lovely break. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a long weekend in Lazey cottage and had the best time.

The cottage is perfectly situated on the front and was spotlessly clean. The owner Elena , was the perfect host whom nothing was too much trouble. We are planning on going back in January. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic cottage/location.

Practically on the beach, and ten minutes from the hills. Myself and my wife and dogs, Ralph & Seth enjoyed everything about our stay, 3rd time, and will be checking availability in the near future. Would highly recommend. Ian & Jo'

Cosy, well equipped cottage in super position.

Everything you need for a weeks holiday and within walking distance of shop, pub, fish and chip shop and beach cafe. Ideal for dog owners with long walks available on beach from cottage. Would certainly recommend.

. Beautiful and clean and all the things needed to make us feel at home. The owner even sent us a book on local history as I was interested in when the cottages were built.. Views were beautiful, we enjoyed touring the area and visiting places we had seen many years before . Thank you for letting us stay..

Our time spent at Lazy Cottage was fantastic.

Exactly what we wanted for my wife, myself and the dogs. The property was extremely well equipped for all eventualities you may ever encounter during your stay. The weather was not in our favour to get out and about as much as would have liked, so the location and time spent in the property was enjoyed by all. We will certainly be enquiring in the future for any availability when travelling to this part of Cumbria. Great stuff

What a lovely cottage.

We had a fabulous week in this really well equipped and comfortable accommodation with easy access to the beach, local pub and a great fish and chip shop (open 4 evenings a week) The house was cosy for 4 adults and a dog with outside space to enjoy the great scenery when the weather permitted. Nice walks all around with a beach cafe serving food and drinks only 5 minutes walk away. A good time was had by all (and that includes our dog!).

This was the second time we have stayed at this property.

An extremely clean and well equipped property. Everything you need is on the door step. Lovely walks for the dogs. Everything in the description of the location is accurate. Local pub,shop,post office and chip shop in walking distance. Will definitely be booking again.
