Perched in the lovely location of Roosebeck near to the market town of Ulverston is this quaint single-story property, the pleasant hut at MountPleasant farm. Built by the owners and benefitting from a studio-style layout, private garden and pretty views of the lake district, Shepherd’s Hut welcomes a couple, or even two friends sharing, to bask in the ultimate getaway in Cumbria. Cross the threshold into your new home-from-home to discover a lovely dining area and kitchen, equipped with a suitable range of appliances so you can whip up tasty meals for your other half. Settle down at the intimate dining table to enjoy mealtimes together, popping open a bottle of bubbly and toasting to a fantastic holiday as you tuck in. If the weather permits, venture to the private garden and delight in an alfresco feast as you soak in your surroundings. When the evening draws to a close, retreat to a sumptuous double bed to catch your sleep and awake in the morning to begin your day in a sleek shower room. For some hearty fare be sure to visit Rampside which offers several pubs and restaurants including The Conicle Inn.
