Upstairs, freshen up in the sleek bathroom, before settling into one of the two well-presented bedrooms, choosing between a double and a twin.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage , it was very clean and cosy with a beautiful view from the living room window and plenty of space for our dog to run around .
We had a warm welcome with some biscuits and a tea tray left for us. Enjoyed it all .
Our recent week in the Lake District was pure magic.
Staying on a lovely working farm gave us a wonderful taste of countryside life, made even better by the owners and their lovely family who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. From unforgettable steam train trips to peaceful cruising on Lake Windermere, every single day felt like a dream. It is the perfect place to slow down, breathe fresh air, and make wonderful memories. We cannot wait to return!
Just back from a lovely week at Addylea Cottage.
The cottage is cosy and well equipped and our children loved the outside space. The area is peaceful and the views are spectacular. There is a pub that serves food within walking distance and Bowness is a short drive away. The hosts were so helpful with suggestions of places to visit and were on hand if we needed anything. It was a perfect base to explore the area.
