    “This was our second time staying at this property which is a real home form home.”

    We intend to stay again and we recommend the accommodation. The accommodation is of a high standard. The bathroom is huge and the shower is excellent. The bed is large and has a very comfy mattress. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The lounge and dining area are perfect for two. The hall way is great, super spacious and coats and boots can be left there helping to keep the property clean and tidy. Also great for drying the Dog after his walk. Everything we ...

The bed is large and has a very comfy mattress. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The lounge and dining area are perfect for two. The hall way is great, super spacious and coats and boots can be left there helping to keep the property clean and tidy. Also great for drying the Dog after his walk. Everything we needed for our little dog was provided and he loved the treats and toys. There is a very safe enclosed garden which was well used. The location of this property with a free parking space is perfect. You can be in Windermere or Bowness quickly after a short walk. There is also access to many frequent buses, the stop is just outside. We were disappointed with the welcome hamper this time. Last time it was lovely and in keeping with the price band of the property. This time we had some biscuits and nothing else! We have had better hampers in lower priced accommodation! This should be reconsidered as the welcome book describes and pictures a much better hamper. Lastly given the price bracket it would be good to have Kitchen Roll and tissues provided. The property is beginning to show a few signs of minor wear and tear but easily monitored and it being super clean is what matters. Overall a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.
