Access was straight forward and first impressions were great. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was lovely to have a bathroom per bedroom, although the main bathroom could do with a shower screen or shower. As per other reviews, the basement floor had a stale smell, but I’m sure if we had used it that would have disappeared in time. The hot tub was a welcome addition, very private but with debris behind it, no doubt left over from previous guests, which was a shame.
On street parking could be an issue but we were lucky enough to get spaces outside the property.
It really did feel like a home from home and we all said we’d definitely return in the future. The position is perfect for walking and visiting the area.
