What guests are saying
This was a great property to use as a base for exploring the local area.
The house was bright and airy with a very well equipped kitchen and two spotlessly clean bathrooms. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. It was a quiet and peaceful area with friendly and helpful neighbours who made us feel very welcome. We walked our dog to the bottom of the road when she needed the toilet as she prefers to go on the grass and the property had a small paved back yard. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in a couple of years.
We had a lovely stay at this cottage in Fletchertown.
The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained, very cosy and perfectly situated for exploring the area.
This is such a lovely, modern cottage.
It was really helpful having somewhere cosy to stay and a kitchen (including pots/cookware) to have some hot home cooked food after our long hikes. The neighbours were extremely kind to us and made us feel welcome. Andrew is clearly a very thoughtful host as there were lots of great recommendations on walks and places to eat. The view of Skiddaw and tiny birds flying across the field was wonderful to wake up to! We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot!
