We received a warm welcome and were given eggs, cake, cookies, and homemade jam. However, there are a few points that might be of interest to future tenants.
The house is located directly on a secondary road. This isn't apparent in the photos, but dogs should be kept on a leash before leaving the house to prevent them from running into the street. The washing machine is located in a shed next to the house. It smells very strongly of solvents, so you wouldn't want to hang your laundry there. The biggest drawback, however, is the shower, which only produces a weak trickle of water with no pressure. Showering is not enjoyable under these circumstances. Another issue is the heating system's exhaust pipe, which exits directly at the living room window. This means that exhaust fumes are drawn directly into the apartment when airing out the room. On the other hand, the fenced garden is a great feature, although we unfortunately couldn't use it due to the weather. However, it would be ideal for dog owners.
