I have already submitted a review which has not been published.
The key collection details provided were incorrect, which caused a significant delay in us being able to access the property. The TV reception was very poor. We do not use Netflix, and this issue was not resolved during our stay. We also ended up leaving early, as due to excessive rain there were four to five leaks in the roof. Only the main bedroom and bathroom were not affected. This was a very disappointing end to our break, particularly as the response to the leaks was that maintenance would be informed.
We were very pleased with the way a problem was sorted during our stay.
The location and quality of the accommodation were excellent.
We have stayed in 3 different properties at this site on numerous occasions.
This was the first time in the Lodge House and like the other properties on this estate it did not disappoint.
