Please note you booked the cottage from the photos taken by Sykes agent. We do not advertise a garden, But there is plenty of areas for walking the dog in the area.There is a shared area out the back of the cottage for drying laundry. There is a parking space with the property where the guest who rented the cottage before you parked a Range Rover . I noticed you had a commercial vehicle parked outside the property. You also took all the toilet rolls provided and also the contents of the welcome basket value £25.00. Thank you for the feed back but the cottage is as described in the letting details. Our card is in the property with my number on you made no attempt to contact me. You claimed to Sykes you had rang the owner and it was a lady who was very rude to you. You must have rang the wrong number. We took advice from Sykes and as you took the property off the market we followed their policy and we are not willing therefore to issue a refund.
