We had a lovely stay and found the cottage clean and well equipped.

Perfect location and no issues getting parked near the cottage. Just a couple of things need addressing. The shower ( which we have seen mentioned on here by others ) in the main bathroom has serious issues. Takes some sorting to get it to the right temperature and can get red hot scalding water. It also has very little pressure so takes ages to shower. Its a concern if a child touches the control. The fridge freezer must be using a lot of electric as the thermostat is not turning off resulting in thick ice inside the fridge and it froze our butter solid. Just be careful going out the front door as the metal lip across the threshold is a real trip hazard. Lastly a new washing line and more pegs be real helpful

Had a lovely stay here, the cottage is a good size, very clean and has everything you could possibly need including an open fire for those chilly nights.

High end furnishings and lovely decor throughout. Great base for exploring the lakes. Would definitely recommend.
