“Location of property was great but!”
Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! Definitely wasn’t going to use it which then made having a shower extremely unsafe, was very slippery. Plus when went to shower two ...
Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! Definitely wasn’t going to use it which then made having a shower extremely unsafe, was very slippery. Plus when went to shower two hours before a wedding there was NO hot water! Emailed Sky Property but no response. No instruction on how to use hot water heater. Next day still no hot water I googled the unit and figured it out how to add water to increase the pressure. Plus sink in kitchen both plugs need replaced as water would not stay in sink. Very little toilet paper. Don’t understanding why they don’t supply towels was extremely difficult to find a store where we could buy them. Flying internationally I definitely didn’t have room in suitcase to bring towels!!!! Not impressed at all will not recommend!!!!

Our Housekeeping Manager has reviewed your comments and acknowledged the issues raised regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Steps are being taken to address these points, including the shower mat, dishwasher, and closet.
