The property

This delightful holiday apartment, The Honey Loft, is located right in the heart of Keswick, a quaint town in the Lake District.

This property is ideal for a romantic weekend as it is conveniently located near amenities and serves as a great home base for visiting Keswick and the neighbouring Lake District National Park.

Use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals in the open-plan living area before sitting down to enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table before unwinding on the large corner sofa and watching a film or two on the Smart TV.

After a long day of adventuring, retire to the tastefully-presented double bedroom where you can drift off to a night's refreshing embrace.

Due to the property's ideal location, be sure to stock up on supplies at the nearby Keswick Mini Market, or if you feel like taking a break from cooking one evening, walk a short distance to the nearby pub The Chief Justice of the Common Pleas where you can grab a pint before dining at either the Star of Siam or Merienda.

On your trip to the village of Threlkeld, make sure to stop off at the Castlerigg Stone Circle.

Once in Threlkeld, the Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Path End is waiting for those feeling active, while the Threlkeld Quarry & Mining Museum is open to those preferring a more leisurely day out.

A car or bus ride will bring you to the market town of Cockermouth, which is the location of the serene Memorial Gardens and the National Trust monument Wordsworth House and Garden.

Even though Ullswater is a little further away, it is still worth visiting as it provides tourists the chance to experience the Aira Force Waterfall and the Ullswater Lake, two magnificent natural attractions.

You can take advantage of all of this and more by booking The Honey Loft.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
