The property is in a great location, very clean and comfortable, the doors one of the wardrobes have come off the track so I couldn’t hang any clothes but wasn’t a major concern for me, the apartment is very well equipped I would definitely recommend it to other friends going

“The Apartment is placed on the edge of Keswick centre.”

Easy access to the eateries , shops and delights of beautiful Keswick. Also lots of walking from the doorstep which is great. The cottage has a lane at the side but every window had aggressive messages saying residents only parking so we did not risk our car there. We had to park a substantial distance away. The apartment is located on the main road and every bus, car, lorry and trade van to and from Keswick passes by. The noise is persistent in the daytime and not mitigated by the elderly double glazing at all. The apartment was clean but is tired in places but the bed was comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. It is a shame that the amazing views of Skiddaw and Catbells from the windows were not utilised with seating and furniture arrangements so they could be enjoyed with your feet up and a brew.

“I phoned re 2 x migraine-inducing flashing florescent lights in the kitchen plus only 1 ceiling light working, again in the kitchen.”

Whilst I was assured this would be seen to I never heard another word and nothing happened. I was cooking every evening, this was annoying as I was doing so in grim greyness. Pretty poor maintenance and customer service. Not life or death but bloomin annoying.

“We absolutely loved our week at 'Three peak view'.”

The apartment is a real home from home, it's well equipped, the beds and furnishings are really comfortable and everything is well maintained. The hosts also left us some treats for our arrival which were very much appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring Keswick and going for hikes. We came from the south east of England by train and bus and found it very straight forward, and surprisingly quick. Keswick is great for getting busses to other parts of the lake district. If you're a fan of pencils, (which I am) this is the place for you, the pencil museum containing the worlds biggest pencil, is just over the road. No negatives concerning 'Three peak view' really, we loved it and will be back.

“Lounge lovely and comfortable plenty of seating.”

Bed comfy. Still smell of damp in hall, covered by air freshner. Kitchen very tired no dishwasher needs an update. Shower head kept coming away and needed a good clean on outside. Mix of comments been 3 years not returning next year because little or no maintenance has been done.

“We thought that the picture and description on the website wasn't entirely accurate, however, we were pleased with the property when we arrived and although initially a bit worried about the location, found it to be ideal!”

Parking was a bit of a fiddle - in the rain - but we found an alternative to the suggested area. We couldn't find the dustbins when we left and I would suggest that there location is noted in the in-house information. A faulty radiator was quickly dealt with. Overall, we enjoyed staying there.

“It is a lovely apartment and we have already booked again for next year.”

There are just a few minor issues we would like to mention, just to be helpful: 1. There is an odd damp smell in the entrance hall which we thought was worse than last year. It is a bit off-putting when you first arrive and each time you return to the property. 2. The shower could do with re-sealing as there is quite a lot of mould around the base. 3. The bathroom fan doesn't work. 4. King size beds would be nice the next time you refurbish.

“We had a fantastic stay at Three Peak View.”

The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. We’re a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for us. The views from every window are really lovely. The entrance hall is also really handy as there’s plenty of space for shoes and boots (and footballs in our case) and to hang coats. The location is great, it’s a 5 minute walk to the very centre of Keswick and a 2 minute walk to the supermarket. There was always space for us to park our car on the street right next to the apartment for the whole of our stay. I would’ve found it helpful if the name of the apartment was on the door, rather than just the number, as I wasn’t sure which door it was when we arrived. With 2 young, very active children we used the washing machine quite a lot and so a clothes dryer/airer would’ve been helpful as the radiators are very close to the wall so it’s difficult to hang clothes on them. Overall, I’d recommend Three Peaks View, it was ideal for us. It was my first visit to Keswick and I loved it, as we all did. We hope to go back soon.

Very clean and all the things you need . Towels etc all included. My only slight compliant was that it was very warm and a fan would have been useful. Also as you are on the main road it can be a little noisy. In saying all that I was delighted and would happily stay here again

“Brilliant location for access to Keswick town.”

Well equipped kitchen. Lovely flat Departure time set at a none negotiable 09:00 rather took a shine off the last day and as check in not until 16:00 this seemed a little punitive. The heating was set at 25 degrees and could not be adjusted making accommodation way too hot and none eco friendly

“A fabulous week at Three Peaks View, the apartment was warm and cosy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

The living room was comfortable and BT Sport was a real bonus! It was clear the apartment had recently been refurbished - the carpets and beds were lovely. The downstairs space was perfect for us to dry soggy walking gear. The apartment was in a great location to enjoy all the delights Keswick had to offer - we will definitely be back.

“Amazing location, super central.”

Well equipped and with great decor, particularly liked the funky marbled crockery! Enjoyed the games (the lakes monopoly was a nice touch), the TV was lovely and big, the wifi worked well and the beds were comfortable. Overall no complaints and would definitely recommend.
