“Overall the property was perfect for our needs and without sounding derogatory I was pleased that it was not perfect.”

The garden was great, once we were the only occupants of the two cottages, as we could close the gate and the dogs could go out, albeit still accompanied, and roam further. The only issue outside was that the grass could have been cut. The property itself was cleaned to a satisfactory level and comfortable but we had an issue with the hot water (we had none, and neither did next door) and a leak on the main bathroom toilet. We had plumbers out on three occasions to try and sort both issues ...

We had plumbers out on three occasions to try and sort both issues. Hopefully this has now been resolved and there will be plenty of hot water for future holiday makers. The owner was extremely apologetic and did get on the case straight away, so thank you for that.
